Tax payments can be made in person at the Municipal Office (cash, cheque or debit) by mail, telephone/online banking and by postdated cheques.  Please make cheques payable to the “Township of Perry“.  An after hours lock box is located outside the Municipal Office at 1695 Emsdale Road, Emsdale, Ontario.

You can also pay your taxes using on-line or telephone banking.  Contact your banking institution for further information on setting up this service.  Please note that tax payments are not accepted at financial institutions except for the Kawartha Credit Union.  If paying by telephone banking or on-line banking please use your roll number starting with “4914” omitting the last four zeros as your account number.  It may take several days to receive the transfer from your bank, so it would be wise to remit a few days early.  Payment must be received on or before the due date to avoid penalty.

If you have moved, changed your address or have acquired property but have not received a tax bill, please contact the Municipal Office. Please Note:  The Township of Perry Council and staff do not have the authority to waive or alter a penalty and/or interest charge on late payments for any reason.  Failure to receive a tax bill does not excuse a taxpayer from being responsible for the timely payment of taxes.

The Interim tax bill will have due dates of February 25th, 2017 and April 25th, 2017.

The Final Tax bill due dates are August 25th, 2017 and October 25th, 2017.
