Reminder - First Session is THIS MONDAYThe Township of Perry is launching a FREE Indoor Walking Club at the Emsdale Community Centre starting on October 19, 2026. The program will be held every Monday from 10:00 - 11:00am.No registration is required. If you have any questions about the program, please contact the Municipal Office at 705-636-5941.
Reminder - 2026 Municipal Election - Voter Help CentresIf you have not received your Voter Information Letter, do not have access to a computer to vote online, or if you require assistance with electronic voting, the Township is operating two Voter Help Centres THIS WEEKEND. Saturday, October 17, 2026, 11:00am - 3:00pm - Emsdale Community Centre, Meeting Room 2 (25 Joseph Street, Emsdale). Sunday, October 18, 2026, 11:00am - 3:00pm - Novar Community Centre (25 Laurie Street, Novar). The Voter Help Centre will also be open at the Municipal Office (1695 Emsdale Road) on October 20, 21, and 22 from 10:00am - 3:00pm and on October 26 from 10:00am - 8:00pm.

⚠️ VANDALISM AT THE NOVAR RINK PROJECT – PLEASE RESPECT THE SITE⚠️The Township of Perry is disappointed to report that during the overnight hours of October 15, 2026, individuals rode bicycles across the newly prepared septic bed at the Novar Rink Project site, causing damage to the area.Considerable time, effort, and taxpayer dollars have been invested in this important community project. Acts of vandalism not only result in unnecessary repair costs but can also cause delays in completing the project.This is a closed construction site and we remind the public they are trespassing if accessing the site. We ask Parents to discuss this with their children and make them aware damaging municipal property has consequences.The Novar Rink Project is an exciting investment in our community, and we all have a responsibility to help protect it for future generations to enjoy.If anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact the Township of Perry Municipal Office 705-636-5941.Let's work together to protect our community investments!Thank you for your cooperation and support.
