Recreation & Culture Committee

The Recreation & Culture Committee acts as an advisory body to the Township of Perry Council, regarding matters pertaining to recreation, culture, history, and community events. The Committee plans and coordinates various recreational activities within the Township, including the Family Day Skate Event, the Farmer’s Market, Softball & T-Ball, Ball Hockey, and much more. The Committee also helps to develop volunteer opportunities for students to be able to complete their high school community involvement hours.

The Committee meets on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office located at 1695 Emsdale Road. We encourage you to attend a meeting to provide your input and ideas which are essential to improving our community. **The Committee Meeting is scheduled for the second Monday of each month if a statutory holiday falls on the first Monday.
