TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Perry (the “Township”) proposes to enact a By-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 34, as applicable, of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, to:
a) Close and sell part of Mitchell Street, Registered Plan 34, designated as Part 3, Plan 42R-22948 and Part of Mitchell Street, Registered Plan 69, designated as Part 4, Plan 42R-22948.
