NOTICE: Proposed Licensing Program for Seasonal Travel Trailers
Following discussion at their last regular meeting on September 16, 2026, Council is seeking public input and comment on licensing seasonal travel trailers via a Licensing Program within Perry Township.
Council is looking for public input regarding the use of seasonal travel trailers on vacant land including waterfront properties, the seasonal occupancy period, number of trailers per property, sewage and potable water requirements, short-term rental use, annual license fee amount, and enforcement expectations.
The results of the public consultation will be presented to Council for consideration.
The deadline to submit comments is 4 p.m. on Wednesday October 14, 2026. Comments can be submitted in person, by mail, or email to:
