Further to the direction by Council in Spring 2025 regarding the Perry Oldtimers Museum, artifacts and items within the Museum have been catalogued and assessed. Items that are either duplicate, not fitting of a pioneer homestead, or not historically significant to Perry Township are to be sold, with proceeds from the sale going towards the maintenance and continued preservation of the hand-hewn log museum.
The auction will take place online, via the Township Facebook page, starting Thursday August 6, 2026. Details, including auction rules, pick-up time and location, etc. will be shared on the Township Facebook page.
