TAKE NOTICE that the Southeast Parry Sound District Planning Board has received application No. S-01/25 (2152900 Ontario Inc.) for a plan of Subdivision. The application is deemed to be complete in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the proposed plan is to create 11 residential lots and 1 Block for road purposes in Part of Lot 31, Concession 3 in the Township of Perry (Savage Settlement Road).
The lands are also subject of consent application B-008/25 to create one new lot.
A PUBLIC MEETING will be held by the Township of Perry on Wednesday, May 21 at 7:00 p.m. during the regular meeting of Council in the Township of Perry Council Chambers located at 1695 Emsdale Road, Emsdale Ontario. The meeting will be held IN-PERSON and remotely via ZOOM.
