PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO CLOSE AND DISPOSE OF PART OF THE ORIGINAL SHORE ROAD ALLOWANCE IN FRONT OF LOT 11, CONCESSION 1, TOWNSHIP OF PERRY

 TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Perry (the “Township”) proposes to enact a By-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 34, as applicable, of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, to:

  1. Close and sell part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 11, Concession 1, Township of Perry; District of Parry Sound; designated as Part 1, Plan 42R-22457

The said lands are to be sold to the owner of lands abutting to the east of the said lands (Collins), subject to any required easements.

The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held electronically and in person at 7:00 p.m. on the 15th day of May, 2024. The meeting will be held in person in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Office (1695 Emsdale Road, Emsdale, ON). Those wishing to attend electronically may obtain information on the Township’s website at www.townshipofperry.ca or by contacting the Clerk-Administrator.
